- Honest CustomerSep 30, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went yesterday around 9pm. It wasn't crowded so I was thinking cool I can enjoy my ice cream. However the customer service was not there at all. We felt rushed and the staff wasn't friendly. They had a hurry what do you want attitude. They didn't speak didn't make us feel welcomed. We won't return. I'm going to go to cold stone creamery for now on!!!!
